Modifications

Adjust position of foot of bent leg to suit e.g. toes to floor & heel to ankle, sole to knee, sole to thigh, top of foot on top of thigh
Adjust position of arms to suit e.g. hands in Namaste, hands on hips, arms at shoulder height, arms overhead & parallel, arms overhead in Namaste, arms overhead and apart
